We offer the engineering service for the 2-nd level of responsibility buildings:
- Accompanying the object as the representative of customer from obtaining permits, TR (technical requirements) collection and approvals till setting the object to work;
- Technical Supervision according to the norms and regulations adopted in the Republic of Belarus;
- Competitive biddings action with the purchase order drafting, the analysis of received pricing facilities, formalization of decisions on purchase results etc.;
- Conduct of negotiations with prospective master builders and suppliers, control of quality and completed construction spread.
Staff:
- 7 (seven) highly qualified, certified specialists of general construction work and building services on-site supervision.
- 2 (two) certified job captains, Technical Supervision Bodies of general construction work.
